現在、世界のヘルスケアはデジタルの力によって劇的なパラダイムシフトを迎えています。北欧や北米、アジアのデジタル先進国では、PHR（パーソナル・ヘルス・レコード）の利活用による個別化医療や、AIによる超早期診断、地域全体を一つの病院に見立てる仮想化ケアなど、驚異的なスピードで社会実装が進んでいます。
